چکیده
Effective, economical and feasible remediation technology of heavy metal pollution in farmland is an important research concentration the field soil remediation. In order to investigate effects formula fertilizer biochar on cadmium (Cd)–plumbum (Pb) contaminated farmland, blank (CK), lime (SH), (SWT), (FL), + (FS) were set up Cd–Pb farmland. The results demonstrated following: (1) Compared with CK, SWT FS increased yield by 11.21% 15.00%, respectively, which was significantly higher than other treatments. (2) concentrations Cd Pb maize kernels under all treatments lower limited value stipulated GB 2762-2022 China. reduced 24.96% 31.46%, most significant. All can reduce cob straw inhibit transfer from part overground part. (3) FL, SWT, pH 0.17, 0.10, 0.19 units, respectively. available (DTPA-Cd) lead (DTPA-Pb) significantly, are 31.05% 38.57% (4) Each treatment extraction state reducible weak acid soil, while increasing proportion oxidizable residual state. FL percentage 18.00% 24.32%, 33.33% 37.76%, (5) (1.747) (1.679) relatively CK input/output. conclusion, combined application Cd/Pb polluted effectively has high economic benefits practicability.

Maize (Zea mays L.).
Agrobacterium tumefaciens-mediated transformation is an effective method for introducing genes into maize. In this chapter, we describe a detailed protocol for genetic transformation of the maize genotype Hi II. Our starting plant material is immature embryos cocultivated with an Agrobacterium strain carrying a standard binary vector. In addition to step-by-step laboratory transformation proced...

This research was carried out as pod cultivation to evaluate effect of different level of zinc and cadmium on agro physiological traits of Maize via factorial experiment based on completelly randomized design with three replications along 2012-2013. The factors included different level of Zinc (Zn1=0 or Control, Zn2=15 and Zn3=30 mg.kg-1) and Cadmium (Cd1=0 or control, Cd2=10, Cd3=20 and Cd4=30...
متن کاملEffects of aluminum toxicity on maize (Zea mays L.) seedlings
Aluminum toxicity is one of the most deleterious factors for plant growth in acidic soils because over 50% of the world’s potentially arable lands are acidic. In recent years, considerable research has been conducted to understand the mechanisms of Al toxicity and tolerance in plants. This paper reviews the effects of different concentration of Al on plant shoot, root physiological parameters s...
متن کاملSalicylic Acid and Sodium Salicylate Alleviate Cadmium Toxicity to Different Extents in Maize (Zea mays L.)
The role of salicylic acid in Cd tolerance has attracted more attention recently but no information is available on the efficiency of different forms of salicylic acid. The aim was thus to investigate whether both the acid and salt forms of salicylic acid provide protection against Cd stress and to compare their mode of action. Young maize plants were grown under controlled environmental condit...
متن کاملRemediation of soil co-contaminated with pyrene and cadmium by growing maize (Zea mays L.)
Sites co-contaminated with organic and metal pollutants are common and considered to be a more complex problem as the two components often causes a synergistic effect on cytotoxicity. Phytoremediation has been proposed as a cost-effective technology for treating heavy metal or organic contamination and may be suitable for remediation of co-contaminated soil. This study investigated the concurre...
